Where are we?  Our hotel is right in the center of Roman Trier, where the Forum used to be. Right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone.
What we are?  Hosts from the heart. You can see that in the many loving details. You can feel it in the careful way we create atmosphere. And you can even taste it: It's not just the jam we make ourselves. It is such personal touches that make the difference. Which is why our guests love to come back.

The day starts well with our breakfast. Rub the sleep out of your eyes and enjoy our rich, healthy and varied breakfast after a restful night in our comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet offers you a wide selection of different types of sausages and cheeses, egg dishes with bacon and sausages, delicious yogurts and fresh fruits and vegetables as well as homemade Bircher muesli, granola & seasonal jams.

That is why we are not only a member of the Local Agenda 21 Trier e.V., but also actively lend a hand. By greening our flat roofs and installing solar & PV systems, we save raw materials and contribute to a better microclimate (which was honored with the environmental award).


The honey on our breakfast buffet comes from the bee colonies on a small canopy of the hotel entrance.

Soap and shampoo are available in our hotel rooms in refillable soap dispensers.

Energy saving lamps or LED lamps are installed in all lamps.

We do not use plastic bags in the trash cans in the hotel rooms.

Guests who do without intermediate cleaning of their room in order to save water, energy & cleaning agents are rewarded with a small surprise.

With the waste heat of our refrigerators and freezers we produce warm water for showering.
